Sad news first, My turkey died this week. Her name was Brittney, named after Brittney Spears because well, they both are turkeys. (sorry to all BS fans.) She was a beautiful silvery colour. I think it was either her age or the heat. Everyone keeps telling me that it was expected but i tell you that it wasn't. Not for me. She survived two attacks by the same dog who came into my yard. Only to be done in by this, sighs
The Rush season finale was good. I hope though that they don't get Stella and Michael together. They are better as friends and Stella will just break Michael's heart. I hope it gets a third season, have not heard anything yet.
I watched White Collar which was good, no one annoyed me which is always a bonus.
I did give up Chuck. I wasn't as painful as i thought it was going to be. I will miss seeing Adam Baldwin often.
I'm pissed off somewhat because they are showing Stargate Universe on pay TV and starting this week on Free to Air and we have not yet seen the last two seasons of Atlantis.

One: The Christmas hampers have been arriving this week (and on that, really? It is NOVEMBER for goodness sake. Sighs.) and one of the delivery guys did something that i find really annoying.
Please when you ring the doorbell and i don’t answer right after you have pushed the button. DO NOT IMMEDIALLY START KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. I need to be able to get to the door and that takes time.

I just read that the Sci-Fi (or how ever they spell it now) channel in the USA want to do an Americanized version of Being Human.
Why, seriously why.
Did you not see how the American version of Life on Mars went down. Please just no. The Original is perfect as it is.

I'm going to Melbourne on Saturday. On a plane, first time I have ever flown. I have ever so slowly gotten more nervous about this as the week has progressed.

There is a joke (i saw it in The Onion movie) which state that when the internet goes offline productivity will go up.
I disagree with this. When ever the internet goes off line i spend way to much time looking at the lights on my modem waiting for the end of the amber light of death or for the little blue triangle to attach itself to the little monitors.

In better news, St George Illawarra are into the finals of the NRL YAY!. They won the minor premiership too. So fairly happy about that.

Good News and Very bad news.
Good news first
I got Angel: Only Human. More thoughts when i get a moment to really read it.
I found my Presets Apocalypto (i may have spelt that wrong) CD. I misplaced it about a week after i first got it. That was about nine - ten months ago and it took me all that time to find it. It was hiding in another cd case.
Bad News
Make that sad news. My niece's cat had to be put down.His name was Hamish. My sister thinks he may have been hit by a car. She is furious with the vet because he told her all was wrong is that he had a virus and all would be well. The next day, poor thing was worse so she took him back and finds out he has massive internal trauma and had to be put down. What makes matters worse is that he had to be put down around my niece's birthday. So my niece, nephew and sister are in mourning. My Sister says that Lucy (Hamish's mom) is wondering about the house dispondent. I am not a cat person but even i loved that cat.

I realised that with these unless i am actually talking about fandom, when i talk about tv shows, films, books, etc. I shouldn’t call it fandom .
That wasn’t one of them.
Something really weird just happened and i'm not sure how it occurred.
